Using a tried-and-tested turnkey business model, we will help you open your own store. We will also support you beyond this stage so that you not only get off to a successful start but also feel confident as an agency partner over the long term. You can choose which of our first-class formats suits you best. Choose from avec, Press & Books or k kiosk (at highly frequented locations, such as train stations, airports or petrol stations).

Anforderungen
Aufgaben, die Dir gefallen werden
- Führen eines oder mehrerer, gut frequentierter Valora Stores als selbständige/r Unternehmer/in in eigener Verantwortung
- Personalführung inkl. Einsatzplanung, Rekrutierung, Aus- und Weiterbildung der Mitarbeitenden
- Warenbewirtschaftung (Inventur, Lagerbestand, Bestellungen)
- Proaktive Beratung der Kunden und Aufbau / Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Zulieferern und der zuständigen Verkaufsleitung
- Laufende Optimierung der Prozesse und Servicequalität im Store
- Sicherstellen eines professionellen Auftritts des Stores und der Umsetzung von verkaufsfördernden Massnahmen
Voraussetzungen, die Du mitbringst
- Eine Ausbildung als Detailhandelsfachmann/-frau EFZ und/oder relevante Erfahrung im Detailhandel, der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie
- Interesse an der Selbständigkeit und der Führung eines oder mehrerer Stores
- Bereitschaft – vor allem in der Anfangszeit – viel Zeit, Arbeit und Durchhaltevermögen zu investieren
- Unternehmerisches Denken sowie Handeln, Teamgeist und organisatorisches Talent
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Mindestens 30'000 CHF (je nach Format) Eigenkapital für die Gründung einer GmbH sowie für den Eintritt als Agenturpartner/in
- Einwandfreier Leumund
- Schweizer Pass oder eine Aufenthaltsbewilligung
